الوصف الوظيفي
- Analyzing business processes and operational procedures to identify suitable areas for digital transformation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that outline the functionalities and specifications of digital solutions.
- Working closely with the development team to ensure precise implementation of requirements.
- Utilizing the Figma platform to design application interfaces, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Support and guide the development team throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
- Preparing and presenting reports.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and business analysis.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Performs other duties as required.
