As a UX Researcher (all genders) be an integral part of our UX research function at Wemolo be in the lead in translating customer insights into actionable business opportunities and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful product designs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• UX Research Advocacy: Establish and advocate for the UX research function collaborating with crossfunctional teams
• Team Empowerment: Empower and support product managers and designers to conduct research activities and collaborate closely with others
• Insight Presentation: Present findings connect research insights to business outcomes and quantify value at the product leadership level
• Business Translation: Translate customer insights into quantifiable business opportunities delivering actionable insights to diverse audiences from product peers to senior leadership
• EndtoEnd Ownership: Own the entire UX process from initial emphasis to shipping developmentready designs and handing over for final implementation in our product team

INSPIRE US BY

• Your Background: You have a strong track record of professional experience in UX research & design
• Research Focus: You can demonstrate a strong focus on research and datadriven decision making
• Detail Orientation: You have a deep knowledge of different research types and know how to plan conduct and extract insights from them especially interviews surveys and usability tests
• You Know Your Craft: You are highly confident with each step of UX processes (e.g. Design Thinking). Obtaining user insights through fitting research methods designing in Figma and testing with various tools (e.g. Maze Hotjar or similar) are your daily bread
• Your Language Skills: Strong written and spoken German and English skills are a must
