Tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the companys goals and objectives
- Develop and deliver training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Be part of all activities related to the life cycle of the employees (eg. performance management compensation and benefits programs health and safety...) to promote employee growth and retention
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders including HRBPs Finance business leaders to accurately diagnose employee satisfaction issues and provide advice and solutions that maximize business results
- Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Attend to all payroll matters and queries
- Improve current initiatives and bring the HR function to the next level
- You will have 1 direct report
Requirements
- Native level of Turkish and professional level of English
- A degree in HR Social Sciences Business Administration or a similar field
- 5 years of professional experience in HR including the development of HR policies and procedures sourcing and recruitment processes compensation and benefits talent development and employee retention programs
- Previous experience in the BPO sector is highly valued
- At least 1 year of experience in managing and leading a team
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labour laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highquality work in a fastpaced environment
- Resourceful proactive and an outofthebox thinker to keep driving improvements
- A great team player with stealer communication and interpersonal skills
- You can adapt easily and give the best support to the business
- Proficient in HR technology and systems
