Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Cairo Egypt. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will involve managing recruitment employee relations performance management compliance and development programs. The HR Manager will ensure that our HR initiatives are aligned with the company s business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance matters in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performancerelated issues.
- Develop performance improvement plans where necessary.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Develop update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and create professional development programs.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide HR insights.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to track performance and effectiveness.
HR Systems and Reporting:
- Utilize HR software to manage HR functions and data.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree or HR certification (e.g. CIPD SHRM) is preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar HR role with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Thorough knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
