Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers in assigned areas to generate sales.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales performance.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in automobile sales or any field sales role is preferred.
- Education: Plus Two or equivalent.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell products and services effectively.
- SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a field sales role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to different situations and work environments.
- Driving License: Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle (if required for travel).

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in any discipline. 1-2 years of experience in the automobile industry or related field. Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
