As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for developing and managing a caseload of highvalue and complex family matters. Additionally you will assist the partner and play a vital role in the supervision and continued growth of the team based in Richmond. Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive experienced in Family Law
  
• Experience managing a broad range of family issues including complex financial matters and children disputes with an international focus.
  
• Built a professional network and demonstrated business development skills
  
• Committed to the Resolution Code of Practice
  
• Accredited by Resolution or the Law Society (advantageous)
  
• Ability to think creatively and possess excellent communication skills
  
• Desire to progress to Partnership
