DaytoDay Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for developing and managing a caseload of highvalue and complex family matters. Additionally you will assist the partner and play a vital role in the supervision and continued growth of the team based in Richmond. Our client promotes a healthy worklife balance allowing our employees to manage their various responsibilities sustainably for the long term.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive experienced in Family Law
- Experience managing a broad range of family issues including complex financial matters and children disputes with an international focus.
- Built a professional network and demonstrated business development skills
- Committed to the Resolution Code of Practice
- Accredited by Resolution or the Law Society (advantageous)
- Ability to think creatively and possess excellent communication skills
- Desire to progress to Partnership
- Humanfirst approach to work
