Themis Recruit is looking for a Property Disputes Solicitor for an international Law Firm.
The successful candidate will handle a variety of propertyrelated disputes providing expert legal advice and representation to clients. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in property litigation exceptional analytical abilities and a proactive approach to managing complex legal issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of property disputes including landlord and tenant disputes boundary issues leasehold disputes and property contract disputes.
- Legal Advisory: Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of propertyrelated issues.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in court tribunals and alternative dispute resolution forums including mediation and arbitration.
- Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents including pleadings witness statements and settlement agreements.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients keeping them informed of case progress and advising on potential outcomes and strategies.
- Negotiation: Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
- Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm contributing to the development and success of the property disputes team.
Requirements
- Education: Qualified solicitor.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of postqualification experience in property disputes or property litigation.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of property law and litigation procedures. Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes is preferred.
