Property Disputes Solicitor

Themis Recruit is looking for a Property Disputes Solicitor for an international Law Firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of property disputes including landlord and tenant disputes boundary issues leasehold disputes and property contract disputes.
  
• Legal Advisory: Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of propertyrelated issues.
  
• Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in court tribunals and alternative dispute resolution forums including mediation and arbitration.
  
• Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents including pleadings witness statements and settlement agreements.
  
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients keeping them informed of case progress and advising on potential outcomes and strategies.
  
• Negotiation: Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
  
• Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  
• Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm contributing to the development and success of the property disputes team.
  

Requirements

• Education: Qualified solicitor.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of postqualification experience in property disputes or property litigation.
  
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of property law and litigation procedures. Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes is preferred.
