Requirements
have 24 years postqualification experience;
have good academics at ALevel (or international equivalent) and degree level;
be committed to acting for individuals;
be a strong technical lawyer with a good grasp of employment law principles;
have the ability to express yourself clearly;
have experience appropriate to your level of qualification i.e. have run your own matters;
have experience that is relevant to our practice;
be hardworking and consistently have met your chargeable hours and billing targets since qualification;
be entrepreneurial and have a plan to bring in work to the firm; and
be a good team player.
