Job Description
As a Paralegal you will assist an attorney with the presuit aspects of personal injury cases including calendaring and scheduling litigationrelated events such as depositions mediations hearings and trials. You will confirm these scheduled events and draft initial lawsuit documents including complaints discovery requests and notices of appearance. Additionally you will draft legal motions and discovery responses ensuring that all legal documents are meticulously prepared and managed.

Your Mission: Mastering the Legal Landscape in Insurance
- Assist an attorney with the presuit aspects of personal injury cases.
- Calendar and schedule litigationrelated events such as depositions mediations hearings and trials.
- Confirm scheduled litigation events.
- Draft initial lawsuit documents including complaints discovery requests and notices of appearance.
- Draft legal motions.
- Draft discovery responses.
- File court documents on behalf of the attorney.
- Maintain case deadlines.
- Record pertinent information in our CMS.
- Collect and organize documentation.
Requirements
Your Expertise Meets Our Need: Essential Skills for Success
- 23 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- 23 years of experience in personal injury or related legal fields.
- Proficiency with calendar programs Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- General knowledge of the legal industry.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Education:
- Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor s degree preferred.
Tech Stack:
Plus:
- Medical experience (a significant plus)
- CRM experience (a significant plus)
Additional Information:
- Excellent communication interpersonal and writing skills.
- Highly organized diligent and able to work independently.
