Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to Norwegianspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries concerns and technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude problemsolving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Must reside in Greece and have a valid work permit.
