- Supports a team towards being the best version of itself
Lead & encourage team spirit and teamwork within the team
Help the team on reaching selforganization and getting the most value out of it
Guide the team on using Agile practices to maximize value
Help create a safe environment where issues can be shared & discussed in order to be solved
Lead the Kaizen mindset for the team in their daily work - Helps people grow and learn
Identify & act on opportunities for team members to grow (KT Feedback sessions Shadowing )
Help Product Owner to create and maintain the team s backlog to prioritize by value to communicate with stakeholders
Help and coach squad members so that the team can deliver the most value in the best way
Lead by example - Facilitates workshops and make decisionmaking easier
Facilitate discussions and workshops to make sure that the goal is clear and optimal value is reached
Facilitate decisionmaking in the team and with stakeholders
If needed facilitate conflict resolutions - Owns the team process
Own the team process by understanding it endtoend and making it visible (Kanban Scrum Board Value Stream Mapping )
Measure regularly its efficiency with actionable KPIs and lead Kaizen mindset to improve it continuously (Guide team in defining them make sure they are measured targets are defined action plan is followed )
Help manage & remove impediments hindering the team (when they cannot remove them themselves) - Embodies transparency & proactively communicate
Provide transparent team status visualization to know how the team is doing (Velocity Retrospective )
Manage and keep updated actionable & valuable Team KPI
Transparently share successes & failures of the team for others to learn through events
Help for internal communication about the team transformation and lessons learned within IT
Participate in Agile and Scrum Master Communities of Practice
Be aware of other Communities of Practice and promote them to team members
Requirements
- Be a change agent Persuasion skills
- Teaching & Coaching skills Communication skills
- Japanese and English bilingual (Business level required)
- Life Insurance Domain knowledge and working experience preferred
- Ability to adapt depending on the audience (Technical experts Product managers Heads of departments)
- Good knowledge of Agile Practices
- Good knowledge of coaching techniques and coaching stances (coach stance: listening questioning and providing feedback)
- Good knowledge of Product Management techniques (Product Vision Story Mapping Product Backlog...) and Valuebased prioritization
- Good knowledge of Agile project management methods and associated tools (Visual management Agile indicators Visual management Agile KPI)
- Good knowledge of the conception and redaction of User Stories (BDD TDD knowledge are also welcomed)
- Good knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices (especially ceremonies such as daily meeting planning retrospective review...)
- Good knowledge of workshops organization and practices facilitation
- Knowledge of Agile games
