Overview
The Pre Sales Analyst plays a crucial role in the organization by providing technical and sales support to the pre sales team contributing to the successful acquisition of new clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solution presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs
- Prepare and present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales support materials including presentations and product information
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs
- Evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of a solution and provide recommendations to the sales team
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to showcase products and interact with potential clients
- Support the development and delivery of training for the sales team on new products and services
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses relative to the competition
- Assist in the preparation of RFP responses and other tender documents
- Provide technical guidance to the sales team during the negotiation phase
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
- Collect and analyze data to identify potential sales opportunities and customer pain points
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new knowledge into sales strategies
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts budgets and goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Marketing or Engineering
- 26 years of experience in CRO/BioTech/BioPharma Presales support role
- Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex technical solutions to nontechnical audiences RFQ RFI And RFP
- Proven track record of meeting and Clinical/BioTech/BioPharma Proposal & PreSales.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced collaborative team environment
- Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Technical expertise and familiarity with relevant industry software and hardware
- Understanding of financial concepts and the ability to assess the financial impact of a solution
