Finance Manager

• Maintain general ledger (GL) and fixed asset (FA) ledgers reconciling them with subledgers monthly.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve monthend closing issues.
  
• Address costing discrepancies.
  
• Assist with government reporting by providing necessary documentation.
  
• Support annual and internal audits.
  
• Reconcile and clear intercompany accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) monthly.
  
• (Optional) Manage annual expense and depreciation budgets.
  
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in accounting or finance.
  
• 7 years of experience in finance/accounting.
  
• Extensive experience in tax declaration and reporting.
  
• Familiarity with Vietnamese tax & accounting regulations.
  
• Ability to handle daily accounting costing and tax tasks independently.
  
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
  
• (Optional) Experience in managing Customs Import & Export (advantage).
  
• (Optional) Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferred).
