Our client an industrial technology manufacturing company is looking for qualified candidates to join their firm:
Process and review daily expense reimbursements.
- Maintain general ledger (GL) and fixed asset (FA) ledgers reconciling them with subledgers monthly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve monthend closing issues.
- Address costing discrepancies.
- Assist with government reporting by providing necessary documentation.
- Support annual and internal audits.
- Reconcile and clear intercompany accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) monthly.
- (Optional) Manage annual expense and depreciation budgets.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in accounting or finance.
- 7 years of experience in finance/accounting.
- Extensive experience in tax declaration and reporting.
- Familiarity with Vietnamese tax & accounting regulations.
- Ability to handle daily accounting costing and tax tasks independently.
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- (Optional) Experience in managing Customs Import & Export (advantage).
- (Optional) Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferred).
