Providing strategic legal advice to members of the regional management team and other stakeholders.
Providing legal support for the IMEA region relating particularly to commercial, corporate (including M&A), governance and employment matters.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including complex and multi-jurisdictional contracts; develop contract strategies.
Supporting with customer claim management, advice in warranty and product liability cases.
Managing and coordinating legal disputes.
Conducting internal compliance investigations.
Identifying, reporting, monitoring and mitigating legal and compliance risks.
Monitoring the development of laws and regulations as well as relevant best practices; communicating such developments within the organization.
