Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a role where you can provide comprehensive support and advice on claims reduction regulation and preparation
Our client a leading company in the insurance sector is looking for a dedicated Claims Handler to join their team in Frankfurt am Main.
Tasks
- Provide comprehensive support and advice to customers on claims reduction regulation and preparation.
- Work closely with the Claims Management team to identify recovery opportunities and handle recovery claims for assigned cases.
- Negotiate with customers on the extent of damage and/or coverage to achieve a quick just and fair resolution for all parties involved.
- Ensure your knowledge of insurance policies claims adjustment procedures regulatory practices and technical requirements is always current.
- Occasionally visit customers onsite to provide support in claims cases.
Requirements
- High level of selforganization and excellent time management.
- Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiation and consultancy.
- Successfully completed studies or a vocational training (e.g. Insurance and Finance Clerk) with initial experience in property insurance.
- Understanding of insurance claims processes.
- Proficiency in German and English an advantage
