Draftsman

Technical Drawing:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings blueprints and schematics using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit).
  
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed drawings for construction and manufacturing.
  
• Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
  

Design Support:

• Assist architects and engineers in the preparation of designs and plans.
  
• Create 3D models and visualizations to support project presentations and proposals.
  
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and constraints.
  

Project Coordination:

• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure drawings are accurate and meet project timelines.
  
• Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure the integration of design elements.
  
• Review and verify all drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.
  

Documentation and Filing:

• Maintain organized records of all drawings blueprints and project documents.
  
• Ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval and reference.
  
• Update and maintain drawing files and documentation regularly.
