Depty Finance Accounting Manager

Job Description: Position: Deputy Finance/Accounting Manager Company: PILLARS Contract Details: Fulltime PILLARS a leading company in the insert industry/field is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Finance/Accounting Manager to join our team. This is a fulltime position with competitive salary and benefits package. As the Deputy Finance/Accounting Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Finance/Accounting Manager in overseeing the financial operations of the company. You will work closely with the Finance/Accounting Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting budget management and compliance with all financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Manage daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable payroll and general ledger entries Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions Monitor and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for management Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings Assist in the budgeting process and monitor budget variances Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with all audit requirements Develop and maintain relationships with banks auditors and other financial institutions Mentor and train junior accounting staff Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance/Accounting Manager Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role CPA or other relevant accounting certification is preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in insert industry/field is a plus If you are a dedicated and resultsdriven individual with a passion for finance and accounting we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
