Our ideal candidate must have an active book of business a minimum of 3 years of experience as a logistics sales/freight broker professional and the ability to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Managing customer interactions including fostering relationships making calls and closing deals.
Using our CRM to identify call and prospect core and strategic customer opportunities.
Prospecting planning and conducting meetings with new customers.
Understanding customers business supply chain goals and providing tailored solutions.
Visiting customers and potential clients 34 times a week (including virtual meetings).
Demonstrating solid decisionmaking skills and the ability to prioritize.
Effectively executing sales activities to meet or exceed daily monthly or annual expectations.
Working closely with other internal departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages tailored individually based on your experience with a combination of salary and uncapped commission.

Pay: $150000.00 $350000.00 (or more) per year
