About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant with advanced Excel skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive innovative and possess a strong analytical mindset. As a Accountant you will play a crucial role in driving financial insights problemsolving and creating efficient tools to support our organizations financial processes. This position reports directly to the Directors.

This is remote position. If hired you will join a company with an amazing and talented staff.

What Youll Do:

  • Responsible for overseeing account and bookkeeping processes

  • Producing financial reporting including but not limited to forecasts budgeting P&L statements cost & profitability analyses

  • Managing & overseeing our invoicing and accounts receivable processes

  • Overseeing & participating in bimonthly payroll processes

  • Identifying areas for improvment and independently initiating new projects and ideas to resolve financial challenges

  • Maintaining financial records and databases

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business to provide valuable financial recommendations.

  • Work with other departments to accomplish overall high level goals

  • Participate in daily standup meetings that provide an opportunity for you to bring any problems or blockers quickly through management so they can be resolved in a timely manner to keep your tasks on track


Skills Were Seeking:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.

  • 2 Years of Invoicing Payroll and Bookkeeping experience

  • Experience with United States Tax Reporting desirable

  • Comprehension & writing skills in English

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Advanced Excel Proficiency

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask

  • Strong written communication skills
