Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality care and conduct follow-ups on the same day of consultation. • Regularly assess in-house guests, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings for effective patient care planning. • Document clinical information accurately and timely. • Provide consultation services within the department and organization. • Engage in education and research activities to enhance the wellness practice. • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Internist post-certification. • Experience in the wellness industry. • Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine. • QCHP licensed. • Strong knowledge of the healthcare and wellness industry. • Leadership experience in a specialty (preferred). • Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Basic Monthly Salary: QR 22,000 – 25,000 • Accommodation Allowance/Monthly: QR 9,000 • Transport Allowance/Monthly: QR 2,000 • Mobile Allowance: QR 250 • Educational Support: QR 40,000 annual maximum for one child
