Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers receive the correct products and services promptly and accurately.
Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams ensuring seamless
information flow.
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Play a crucial role in generating new sales opportunities and converting them into longterm profitable
relationships.
Prepare and present regular reports on progress and forecasts to both internal and external stakeholders
utilizing key account metrics.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team providing feedback coaching and support as
needed.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions track sales
activities and analyze sales data.
Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
