Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with Cryptobanking experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry. This is a fulltime permanent position based in our office in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daytoday accounting operations of the company

Prepare financial statements reports and budgets

Perform monthly quarterly and annual closing procedures

Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management

Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations

Manage relationships with external auditors tax authorities and other financial institutions

Stay updated on changes and developments in the cryptocurrency industry and provide recommendations to management

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement accounting processes and procedures

Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field

CPA designation is preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting with at least 1 year of experience in crypto banking

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions and reporting

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
