Were looking for a talented Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our team. As a C&B Officer you will play a critical role in enhancing our organizations employee experience by effectively managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and attractive packages for our employees and fostering positive employee relations.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in C&B administration excellent communication and problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges;
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage employee benefits programs including social insurance personal events policy and wellness initiatives;
Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits providing clear and accurate information;
Resolve all issues related to personal income tax (PIT) register tax codes for employees and dependents
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records on HRIS ensuring that changes in employment status are promptly reflected;
Provide support to other stakeholders on compensation and benefitsrelated matters;
Assist in developing and implementing compensation structures and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Compensation & Benefits;
Good understanding of compensation practices benefits administration and employment laws;
Handson experience in Social Insurance management;
Good English communication skills;
Proficient in MS Office Google Suite (Doc Spreadsheet etc.);
Good problemsolving abilities with a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges;
Trustworthy openminded and adaptable willing to embrace new ideas and approaches;
Responsible detailoriented and organized;
Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic.
