Operations Director

Job Summary:
Wilson Workforce Solutions LLC is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to oversee operations including all supply chain and facility management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills expertise in process improvement and a proven track record in warehouse leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all operational aspects of the company including warehousing procurement and order management
• Manage both internal and external elements of the supply chain
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Provide senior leadership guidance to department heads and teams
• Supervise and mentor operational staff

Qualifications:

• Industrial experience with manufacturing equipment machining and assembly
• Extensive warehouse management and Lean background
• Proven experience in operations management at a senior level
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Proficiency in strategic planning and implementation
• Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen
