THE ROLEAs a Senior Data Consultant at Oetker Digital you will champion the digital transformation of the Oetker Group by developing and implementing datadriven Marketing Sales and Brand strategies to improve business performance. Your contributions will foster a datacentric culture and support the organizations strategic objectives.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Drive the Oetker Group to become more datadriven by implementing appropriate Data & Analytics Solutions ranging from reporting to advanced analyticsbased business optimization to enhance the growth of the group companies
• Play a crucial role in building and implementing an Oetker Group Data & Intelligence Platform in collaboration with the Data & Insights Team
• Consult stakeholders by understanding their business processes goals and needs and translate these into requirements for crossfunctional Teams to create suitable Data & Analytics Solutions
• Manage Data & Analytics projects endtoend from requirements gathering to implementation continuous usage and optimization
• Work closely with the Business Marketing Data Engineering and Data Intelligence Teams to implement and develop new Data & Analytics Solutions
• Report directly to the Director Data & Insights and collaborate with him to define the Data (Product) Strategy and Data Project Roadmap

Requirements

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Exceptional consulting project and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of leading impactful consulting projects
• Strong ability to understand business processes with a focus on driving business value demonstrated by delivering business value through Data & Analytics Solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution requirements and effectively manage technical development teams
• Proficiency in explaining complex Data & Analytics Solutions to business stakeholders and fostering a datadriven culture
• A product mindset always aiming to build persistent Data & Analytics Products instead of ad hoc solutions
• Understanding of the basic underlying technical (e.g. tooling data pipeline processes ML Ops etc.) and methodological (statistical modeling AB testing machine learning etc.) aspects of Data & Analytics Solutions
• Experience in SQL
• Ownership strategic thinking and planning skills
• Fluent in German and English is a must

Nice to have:

• Handson Data Analytics/Science (advanced statistical/ML modeling in Python R etc.) and Data Processes (SQL Cloud Data Platforms Docker Kubernetes Airflow)
• Experience in Marketing Analytics & Optimization
• Experience in the FMCG sector
