HR Executive

• Oversee the recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of candidates.
  
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent such as job boards and employee referrals.
  
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit with the organization.
  
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitmentrelated matters.
  
• Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes and efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Experience of 1.5 2 years
  
• Knowledge with PMS
  
• Assist with HR team on day to day responsibilities
  
• Any graduate
