To strengthen our sales team we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) who works remotely and communicates with clients in English.

Your Responsibilities:

• Sales: Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing ones in the Englishspeaking market.
  
• Consulting: Provide competent advice to our clients about our recruitment services.
  
• Negotiations: Conduct contract negotiations and create offers.
  
• Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  
• Reporting: Regularly report sales activities and results to the sales management.
  

Voraussetzungen

Your Profile:

• Experience: Several years of experience in sales or a similar position specifically in recruitment.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and negotiation expertise.
  
• SelfOrganization: High selfmotivation and the ability to work independently from a home office.
  
• Technical Equipment: Own technical equipment for working from home (laptop headset internet connection).
  
• Language Skills: Perfect English skills both written and spoken are essential.
