Job Description: As an Entry Level Epoxy Flooring Helper you will assist in the installation of epoxy flooring systems. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in a skilled trade with onthejob training and development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and installation of epoxy flooring
  
• Work with a team to ensure quality and efficiency
  
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  
• Drivers License with reliable transportation
  
• Criminal backgrounds are reviewed on a case by case basis a whole person approach.
  
• No prior experience in epoxy floor installation required; onthejob training provided.
  
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
