Sweve Tech LTD is looking for a skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator problemsolver and a team player who can work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support and Communication:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
Address customer concerns troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing customer interactions.
2. Issue Resolution and FollowUp:
Resolve customer complaints effectively by determining the root cause and offering appropriate resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely followup and resolution.
Track and document customer interactions ensuring records are complete and up to date.
3. Product Knowledge and Assistance:
Gain a deep understanding of Sweve Techs products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Guide customers through product features usage and maintenance assisting with installation and troubleshooting as needed.
4. Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Report recurring issues customer feedback and improvement opportunities to the Customer Service Manager.
5. Process Improvement and Best Practices:
Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
Stay updated on company policies procedures and new products to deliver consistent and informed service.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service call centers or remote support is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills both written and verbal; excellent problemsolving abilities; and attention to detail.
Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision; a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
