We are proud to support several MNC s from the Industrial Engineering Information Technology Marine and Life science sector that lead in their respective market segments for their regional HR needs. Our area of expertise is in Executive Recruitment and Selection Headhunting and Personality Assessment.

We started our new operation in India in 2022 and are looking to build a team of specialists who are passionate about recruitment and like the idea of helping clients with their HR challenges and build someone s career. As part of our expansion plan we are looking to hire our:

Executive Search Consultant

(Based in Bannerghatta Road Bengaluru)

ORGANIZATION: Reporting to the Country Manager in India you will be responsible for delivering search assignments for our clients in India as well as the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with our consultants in Singapore New Zealand China and the UK and support them for recruitment and business development activities.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in the sourcing and preselection for Recruitment and Selection projects in APAC region.
  
• Source head hunt and attract candidates through databases online job portals social media etc.
  
• Conduct competencybased interviews and filter candidates for open mandates.
  
• Prepare and post job advertisement to appropriate job boards and media platforms.
  
• Support the consultants in building prospect list and preparing business intelligence reports for development of business opportunities in the region.
  
• Facilitate and administer tests for search and selection assignments.
  

Requirements

• A master s degree in business or related field of study.
  
• At least 5 years of work experience in a MNC as a recruiter in a consulting firm or internal TA team.
  
• Hands on experience with various search and selection processes (resume screening market mapping headhunting phone interviewing reference check etc.)
  
• Experience working on APAC or SEA region search is a nice to have.
  
• Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• You are committed and passionate about your work and enjoy talent scouting.
  
• You are interested in making a career in Executive search and HR Consulting industry.
