Senior Accountant - 100 Remote - Up To 65K

We are looking for Senior Accountant for our client located in BGC.

Salary: Up to 65K

Setup: 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

• Enter all transactions into Xero
• Reconcile transactions with bank statements / Perform account reconciliation and data entry
• Handle expenses and bank reconciliations.
• Record business expenses incurred on personal credit cards into Xero.
• Manage reimbursement processes for business expenses.
• Generate endofyear financial statements including Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Handle payroll and superannuation tasks.
• Prepare BAS/IAS reports and financial reporting.
• Perform management reporting in Excel.
  

Qualifications:

• Fully Xero certified with relevant bookkeeping and accounting qualifications (3 5 years of work experience with CPA & CA qualifications)
• Strong Excel Skills (lookups pivot tables automation of reporting using formulas data manipulation) opportunity for growth in this area.
• Must have experience managing Australia based clients/books
• Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role (especially in Bookkeeping
  Accounts Payable Expense Reconciliation Payroll)
• Selfmotivated committed and reliable with excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Broad knowledge of financial procedures and policies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
