Sales and Marketing Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

∙ Carried out operation process and organize support for the work of sales and marketing department

∙ Assist key account managers with preparing contracts, exchanging documentation with clients by post, entering data, creating database upon their request

∙ Hotel’s social media activities, content creation, upon Marketing and E-Commerce Manager instructions

∙ Taking care about printing materials and branded products for the hotel services promotion order

∙ Carry out tasks assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing

∙ Take part in the organization of the internal and client events for clients

∙ Compiled reports on the basis of weekly and daily data

∙ Ordering office supplies and preparing postal sending’s
