ACCOUNT ABILITIES • Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable. LPO: • Circulating LPO’s and contracts via e-mail to the concern Salesperson • Forwarding email to concern department coordinator for updating product delivery schedule. • Maintain Database of LPOs & Contract Copes and other documentations file in the company shared drive for easy and quick references. • Coordinating with Sales Coordinator and sales staff for LPO • Support and assist fellow team members / departments, as and when needed to meet company / department goals. • Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues. • Identify problems and address it to the team leader. • Respond to any inquiries regarding the department and task. • Support and assist fellow team members / departments, as and when needed to meet company / department goals. • Prepare sales order checklist. • Identify problems and address it to the team leader. • Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues. Documentation: • Ensure all FOC sales orders must have Sales Supervisor/Division Managers approvals. Database: • Maintain database of the quotation/tenders/other documentations file in the company shared drive for easy and quick references.
