Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent at MetLife in Amman. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and selling insurance products. Your day-to-day tasks will involve prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, explaining insurance policies, and assisting customers in selecting the right coverage for their needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry
- Training and development skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
