Position : Marketing Strategist
Working Hours : MF 9am 5pm or flexible depending on the agreedupon hours
Holidays : US or PH Holidays
Salary Range :USD/month
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize our marketing strategy
- Optimize lead generation (lead magnets engagement new strategies)
- Improve conversion rate on all channels (website Shopify email marketing socials)
- Turn one time customers into recurring customers
- Maximize upsell revenue
- Improve paid advertising ROI
- Collect and analyze data on customer behavior (website traffic conversion rate revenue average order value revenue per channel). Use this data to improve conversion rates and revenue
- Organize and coordinate sales and product launches
- Organize marketing initiatives in order to engage the existing customers and convert non paying audience to customers
- Track the efforts of each marketing initiative
- Work closely with business revenue director and manage the marketing team

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant marketing role preferably with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing conversion rates across multiple marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect interpret and leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in organizing and executing successful sales and product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a marketing team effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and influence key stakeholders.
