Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and screening resumes.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations.
- Support the implementation of employee development programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Support the development of training materials and programs.
Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role or related position.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Background or experience in the animation industry is a plus.
