Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality care and conduct follow-ups on the same day of consultation. • Regularly assess in-house guests, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings for effective patient care planning. • Document clinical information accurately and timely. • Provide consultation services within the department and organization. • Engage in education and research activities to enhance the wellness practice. • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Internist post-certification. • Experience in the wellness industry. • Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine. • QCHP licensed.
