الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Strategy Partner to set project timelines and milestones.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive responsibility matrix for the Project.
- Support in implementing the strategic initiatives of the bank and support in the development of the strategic sub-initiative.
- Ensure alignment with the overall project goals.
- Prepare and present bi-weekly reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Act as the ground operator, ensuring smooth execution of project tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 6-10 years of experience in corporate finance and/or banking, emphasizing project management.
- Experience working in or with consulting firms is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
