About the Company

Our client is one of the top 500 companies from Mainland China and the secondlargest private cement manufacturer. They operate three core businesses: cement production environmental services and financial investments. In 2021 the company generated RMB 62.5 billion (IDR 136 trillion) in revenue with 16000 employees achieving sales of 105.53 million tons and an operating profit of RMB 8.5 billion.

In the cement industry the factory employs modern drying technology to produce lowcarbon cement products that are environmentally safe. Their production processes technology equipment and environmental safety procedures meet global standards with a regular production capacity of 100 million tons. The company operates 50 largescale cement factories in Zhejiang Jiangxi Fujian as well as international branches in Laos Nepal Indonesia and Myanmar.

Main Responsibilities:

• Accurately translate written and verbal information between Indonesian English and Mandarin languages to support legal and corporate communications.
• Gather analyze and interpret various information to support legal and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Handle the processing and management of various company permits and licenses ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents contracts and agreements.
• Support the development and implementation of CSR programs and initiatives that align with the companys values and goals.
• Monitor and report on legal and CSR activities providing regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and promote corporate social responsibility.
• Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
• Assist in resolving legal disputes and addressing legal queries from various departments.
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs and events to enhance the companys social responsibility efforts.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and CSR matters.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education level: Bachelors degree (S1) in Law.
• Proficient in Mandarin English and Indonesian languages.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in legal and corporate social responsibility roles.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and corporate social responsibility practices.
• Excellent translation skills with the ability to accurately convey meaning across languages.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.
