The HR Operations Director will play a crucial role in shaping and overseeing the human resources functions to support the companys rapid growth and innovationdriven culture. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can manage the full spectrum of HR operations ensure compliance with local regulations and foster an environment that attracts develops and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving cultural transformation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment processes to attract highcaliber talent manage onboarding programs and implement retention strategies to maintain a motivated and highperforming workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations addressing grievances and ensuring effective communication channels across the organization.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems provide coaching and feedback and develop professional growth plans to support employee career development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefit programs to attract and retain talent ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations maintaining uptodate knowledge of legal requirements and best practices.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisionmaking track key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness including change management leadership development and succession planning.
  • HR Technology: Implement and optimize HRIS and other technology solutions to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. SHRMSCP CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition performance management and employee relations.
  • Strong strategic thinking leadership and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology solutions.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
