Business Development Intern

Convene is looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders in both our ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) solutions and Board Portal gaining handson experience in a fastpaced environment. This position is ideal for finalyear students and recent graduates who are passionate about sustainability and governance and eager to jumpstart their careers in business development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Support the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth for the company
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends potential clients and competitive analysis.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Participate in meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss their needs and how Convene can meet them.
• Support the business development team in daily administrative tasks and project management.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Environmental Science Sustainability or a related field.
• Strong interest in sustainability governance and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
