Excellent opportunity for Territory Manager Mortgage @Kolkata.
Our Client is a leading NonBanking Financial Company (NBFC) that caters to the growing needs of an Aspirational India serving both Individual & Business Clients
Must Have
- Any graduate with Minimum 5years of exp in Territory Manager.
- Comfortable with Kolkata location.
Key functions will be:
Achieve disbursement targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels.
Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels.
Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions.
Achieve targets of cross sell products.
Timely feedback/MIS to Seniors
Requirements
Should have experience in Branch/DSA handling.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Decision Making skills
Knowledge on the Mortgage Business
