Job responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team with 3 Managers as direct reports. The scope of responsibilities covers C&B HRIS Management TA Talent Development Labour Management Training Employer Branding Employee Engagement Mobility H&S and General Admin.
- Part of the Local Management team that consists of CSuite and Management Directors who actively discuss company plan and issues for the achievement of business goals.
- Key in managing stakeholder relationships both internally and externally such as local business partners local authority universities for talent pipeline and Global Officers of the Company.
- Appointed as a member in the Discipline Committee for a subsidiary company. Along with the Committee they will discuss and confirm disciplinary action proposed by the subsidiary HR.
Requirements:
- Degree with postgraduate qualifications in HR Mgt and Compensation & Benefits.
- Good working knowledge of all employment and related laws and legislation.
- 1012 years of experience in human resources management in the region including wellrounded experience in the various HR disciplines of which 5 years should be in a Head of Dept position which required the incumbent to develop the team in terms of HR development compensation & benefits employee engagement.
- Track record of working closely with Snr Mgt team in matrixmanaged organizations.
- Must have prior experience in the retail.
- Business partnering oriented and the ability to provide both strategic and tactical leadership in human resources.
- Strong written/spoken communications and influencing skills with assertiveness and decisiveness carefully balanced with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish confidence and credibility.
- Highly motivated & independent individual coupled with strong tenacity and the ability to multitasks and problem solve efficiently to achieve expected standard of timeliness and accuracy.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
Fixed Allowances: RM 1500 (Car Allowance) Each month petrol parking (CLaims) up to RM 600 RM 7800/annum (Car maintenance road tax insurance)

Performance Bonus (2 3 months) evaluation by Uniqlo and Wing Tai decides Profit sharing (company profitability Uniqlo Malaysia) combined average 6 months
