الوصف الوظيفي
Description:
- Provide support and coaching to employees at all levels (management to nonmanagement) on HR practices and processes utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion.
- Ensure legal compliance with HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws updating policies and/or procedures as required.
- Support the recruitment process and prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth newhire onboarding coordinating with crossfunctional departments to deliver an exceptional firstday experience.
- Ensure regulatory compliance including EEOC ADA FMLA and WPFML.
- Facilitate the scheduled performance review process providing guidance tools and training for managers and employees.
- Maintain uptodate personnel information and files.
- Escalate personnelrelated issues as necessary.
- Manage workers compensation claims.
- Process bimonthly payroll via a thirdparty payroll service.
- Participate in the Company Safety Committee.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English and amp; Spanish required.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Training and development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailoriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft and Excel.
- Proficient in HR software and technology.
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field required OR 58 years of progressive HR experience.
- SHRMCP required.
