Job Description

Description:

  • Provide support and coaching to employees at all levels (management to nonmanagement) on HR practices and processes utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion.
  • Ensure legal compliance with HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws updating policies and/or procedures as required.
  • Support the recruitment process and prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth newhire onboarding coordinating with crossfunctional departments to deliver an exceptional firstday experience.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance including EEOC ADA FMLA and WPFML.
  • Facilitate the scheduled performance review process providing guidance tools and training for managers and employees.
  • Maintain uptodate personnel information and files.
  • Escalate personnelrelated issues as necessary.
  • Manage workers compensation claims.
  • Process bimonthly payroll via a thirdparty payroll service.
  • Participate in the Company Safety Committee.




Requirements:

  • Bilingual English and amp; Spanish required.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Training and development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailoriented.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft and Excel.
  • Proficient in HR software and technology.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field required OR 58 years of progressive HR experience.
  • SHRMCP required.
