Pega Engineer

As a Pega Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing Pega applications that meet our clients business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements provide technical expertise and ensure the delivery of highquality solutions. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement Pega applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Pega solutions including design specifications and technical documentation.
• Perform code reviews debugging and performance tuning to ensure the delivery of highquality applications.
• Stay current with Pega technology updates and best practices to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Pega applications ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Pega Engineer with handson experience in Pega development.
• Strong understanding of Pega platform including PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) architecture and components.
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC versions 7.x and above.
• Experience with Pega integrations including REST SOAP and other web services.
• Knowledge of Pega frameworks such as Pega Customer Service Pega Marketing or Pega Sales Automation is a plus.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
