Reporting to Sabina HR Director Europe North you will manage the positions entrusted to you on Benelux: from sourcing to integrating new employees and you will get the opportunity to develop HR knowledge.


The primary responsibilities of a TABP in Visiativ collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and deeply invested in understanding and supporting the business by attracting top talent include:
    • Understanding Business Needs: Collaborating with Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand the business goals department objectives and specific hiring needs.
    • Talent Sourcing: Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using various channels such as job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
    • Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and align with the companys culture and values.
    • Coordinating the Hiring Process: Managing the endtoend recruitment process including scheduling interviews facilitating feedback sessions and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates.
    • Building Talent future: Creating and maintaining a pool of potential candidates for future openings by establishing relationships with passive candidates and staying connected with industry professionals. Staying informed about industry trends salary benchmarks and the competitive landscape to improve the recruitment process.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication feedback and support.
    • Enhance your expertise in operational HR tasks such as employee relations performance management and sickness management while supporting the Regional HR Director with global projects.

PROFILE
    • You have proven success in recruitment and sourcing from a similar role within an IT software or industrial company or from a recruitment agency.
    • HR experience is highly desirable but not mandatory as we will provide full training.
    • You have good interpersonal skills and are responsive and dynamic.
    • You are goaloriented and organized enjoy recruiting and appreciate teamwork.
    • Fluent Dutch and good English speaking and writing skills are mandatory for this position.
